Jesus Loves you!
ISRAEL: God’s Land, God’s people, and the one place on earth where the Bible comes to life! It has often been said, “two weeks in Israel is worth a year in any seminary.” I whole-heartedly agree. My understanding of the Scriptures (not to mention my Bible teaching), world history, current events, Bible prophecy, and God’s relationship with His Land and people have all been revolutionized since my first visit. Now it has become a goal and mission of Calvary Chapel Georgetown Divide to conduct tour groups of pastors and members of their congregations to Israel. It is our express desire to provide enrichment in Bible knowledge, facilitate direct contact with the land and people of Israel, enhance a Christian worldview, and broaden understanding of Bible prophecy. We believe firmly in the Bible’s declaration that God has made an everlasting covenant with the Jews, especially concerning their status as His people and the land of Israel as His Land. So, for us, visiting Israel means far more than walking where Jesus walked, it also means blessing God’s people in God’s Land.
