Serving suggestion: make a depression in the middle of the Humus and pour in a tablespoon of olive oil (do not stir in!). Sprinkle with a little paprika, basil, or hyssop (also known as “zatar”), a true Middle Eastern spice that has a marvelous flavor: hard to find, but sometimes available at Arab or Jewish grocery stores. |
