Ingredients:
2 Apples (Golden Delicious or Granny Smith), cored, peeled, diced
1 Cup finely chopped walnuts
½ Cups chopped dates (cut with scissors is much easier)
¼ Cup honey (add more if you need it)
¼ Cup white grape juice
½ tsp cinnamon
Mix all together, but it is best to add apples last because of discoloration.
Keep refrigerated until ready for use in each dinner.
