CHURCH SECRETARY JANE BARNHART was born in Denver, Colorado, and has lived in the Georgetown Divide area since 1969. A Christian since her early twenties,  she eventually came to the realization of what it meant for Jesus Christ to be not only her Savior, but her Lord, and in 2002 she fully dedicated her life to His service. Jane holds an A.S. degree in Forestry from Sierra College and a CIS (Computer Information Systems) Certificate from College of the Redwoods in Eureka. In 1990 she married her strapping husband Jeff and moved to Garden Valley, where they share a small ranch with two cows, two goats, four chickens, two hundred unwelcome rats, and three furry felines she refers to as her "wrecking balls." Her son Joseph was born in 1998, and no mom could be prouder or more delighted. Jane has been serving as our church secretary at Calvary Chapel for more than three years now, and has recently led our Women's Ministry and established our popular Mountain Biker's Fellowship.
