Men's Prayer Ministry
Men's Prayer

The Bible is explecit about God wanting men to pray. When men pray, God works; and men see God working, anticipate His answers, and learn to wait on Him. It is in prayer where things get done, for it is then that we learn that the almighty hand that holds the universe also holds all the requests and provisions of needy people, and their ultimate victory. Gathering faithfully each Saturday morning, the Men's Prayer Ministry takes time to seek the Lord concerning the needs of the church and the requests of those on our weekly prayer list, followed by a hearty breakfast and fellowship at a local cafe. The Apostle Paul declared, "I want men everywhere to lift up holy hands in prayer..." (1 Tim 2:8). This is a commanding aspiration, and it is our joy. Come out, men, and pray!

Saturday Mornings, 8 - 9:00 a.m. in the Prayer Room

"Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." (Philippians. 4:6-7)

"Be joyful always; pray continually; 18 give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus." (1 Thess. 5:16-18)
