A PERSONAL NOTE: As a Law Enforcement Chaplain I have received extensive instruction concerning all of the material found at this site. I do not, however, agree with or espouse some of the methods and conclusions suggested in certain portions of this large volume of information. The material contained at this site is for your reference only. Your conclusions must be determined by your own conscience before God. I am personally convinced that the most effective Chaplain is the one in whom the Word of Christ dwells richly, and who approaches an event on his knees. On scene, that Chaplain is the presence of the Lord Jesus Christ to all concerned, which is the fulfillment of all they need. All other training is merely procedure.
