Our Chaplains


	Chaplain Jay McCarl, Supervising Chaplain for Placer County Law Enforcement Chaplaincy, located in Newcastle, California. Placer County Law Enforcement Chaplaincy serves more than ten agencies throughout the county, including the Sheriff's Department, the California Highway Patrol, Parks and Recreation, Depart of Justice, and the Roseville, Rockiln, Auburn, and Lincoln Police Departments. Chaplain Jay has been an active Law Enforcement Chaplain since 1989, and is a certified Senior Chaplain with International Conference of Police Chaplains.

	Chaplain Jim Milne, Deputy Senior Chaplain with Placer County Law Enforcement Chaplaincy, located in Newcastle, California. Placer County Law Enforcement Chaplaincy serves more than ten agencies throughout the county, including the Sheriff's Department, the California Highway Patrol, Parks and Recreation, Depart of Justice, and the Roseville, Rockiln, Auburn, and Lincoln Police Departments. Chaplain Jim has been a Law Enforcement Chaplain for more than twelve years, faithfully serving the officers and citizens of Placer County.
